摘　　要：卵母细胞冷冻保存对于遗传改良和种质资源长期保存具有重要作用。然而,牛卵母细胞对冷冻很敏感,虽然过去几年在冷冻保存中取得了一定进展,但牛卵母细胞冷冻技术还不完善,本文主要对影响牛卵母细胞冷冻效果的因素进行了综述。Oocyte cryopreservation plays an important role in genetic improvement and long-term preservation of germplasm resources.However,bovine oocytes are very sensitive to cryopreservation.Although progress has been made in the past few years,the perfect cryopreservation technology is far from established.In this article,the factors affecting the effect of bovine oocyte cryopreservation were reviewed.
