摘　　要：采用正相硅胶柱层析、反相硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等分离技术,对采自云南省新平县的匍匐大戟(Euphorbia prostrata)全株甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,共得到12个单体化合物.通过1 H NMR和13 C NMR波谱数据分析及相关文献对照,其结构分别鉴定为秋英苷(1)、6″-O-乙酰秋英苷(2)、大黄素(3)、大黄素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、东莨菪素(5)、东莨菪素苷(6)、环阿尔廷-23 Z-烯-3β,25-二醇(7)、羽扇豆醇(8)、(6 S,9 S)-长寿花糖苷(9)、Cerebroside B lb(10)、硫代乙酸酐(11)和chiro-inositol(12).除化合物8外,均首次从该植物中分离得到.The chemical constituents of the whole plant of Euphorbia prostata collected from Xinping,Yunnan were studied.The methanol extracts of this species were separated and purified by using normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography(CC)and Sephadex LH-20 CC to led to isolation of 12 compounds.Their structures were identified as cosmosiin(1),6″-O-acetyl cosmosiin(2),emodin(3),emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),scopoletin(5),scopoline(6),cycloart-23Z-ene-3β,25-diol(7),lupeol(8),(6S,9S)-roseoside(9),Cerebroside Blb(10),thioacetic anhydride(11)and chiro-inositol(12)by means of the analysis of the spectrum data of~1H NMR and13C NMR and the comparison of literatures.Except for compound 8,all other ones were isolated from this plant for the first time.
