摘  要:通过水培试验法研究了Cd^(2+)(0、2、4、8 mg/L和16 mg/L)和Pb^(2+)(0、5、10、15 mg/L和20 mg/L)对烟草(云烟87号)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果显示Pb^(2+)抑制云烟87种子的萌发,其浓度在15 mg/L时烟草种子的发芽势和发芽指数出现明显下降;Cd^(2+)对云烟87种子的萌发无明显抑制作用,并且对云烟87种子的发芽势呈现促进作用.Pb和Cd均抑制云烟87幼苗的生长,且云烟87幼苗的死亡率随Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)浓度的升高而升高.在水培条件下,云烟87种子对重金属的耐受性高于云烟87幼苗.In order to explore the effects of different concentrations of cadmium(Cd)and lead(Pb)on the germination and seedling growth of tobacco seeds(Yunyan 87),this experiment studied the effects of Cd^(2+)(0 mg/L,2 mg/L,4 mg/L,8 mg/L,16 mg/L)and Pb^(2+)(0 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L,20 mg/L)on the seed germination and seedling growth of tobacco(Yunyan 87)through water culture.The results of this study showed that Pb inhibited the germination of Yunyan 87,and the germination potential and germination index of tobacco seeds decreased significantly when the concentration of Pb was 15mg/L;Cd did not significantly inhibit the germination of Yunyan 87,and promoted the germination potential of Yunyan 87 seeds.Pb and Cd inhibited the growth of Yunyan 87 seedlings,and the mortality of Yunyan 87 seedlings increased with the increase of Pb^(2+)and Cd^(2+)concentrations.Under the condition of hydroponics,the tolerance of Yunyan 87 seeds to heavy metals was higher than that of Yunyan 87 seedlings.
