摘　　要：针对倒闸操作中发现的断路器电动合闸失效问题,分析了产生合闸失效可能的机械和电气原因。经过对电动合闸控制回路的排查检测,确认原因为母联开关柜上转换开关的电气联锁导致。通过转换开关档位、闭合接点的改进,将母线柜上的转换开关LW5D-16/3由3节3挡更换为3节5档,实现双线短时并列状态下的断路器电动合闸操作。实施后配电负荷切换顺利,系统运行稳定,避免手动操作的事故隐患。Aiming at the problem of electric closing failure of circuit breaker found in switching operation,the possible mechanical and electrical causes of closing failure are analyzed.Through the investigation and detection of the electric closing control circuit,it is confirmed that the cause is the electrical interlocking of the transfer switch on the bus coupler switch cabinet.By improving the gear and closing contact of the transfer switch,the transfer switch LW5D-16/3 on the busbar cabinet is replaced from 3 sections and 3 gears to 3 sections and 5 gears,and the electric closing operation of the circuit breaker in the short-term parallel state of the double line is realized.After the implementation,the distribution load switching is smooth,the system is stable,and the hidden danger of manual operation is avoided.
