基于数据挖掘的中药治疗瘀血头痛的处方规律研究

摘　　要：目的 基于数据挖掘技术,分析中药治疗瘀血头痛的临床用药规律,为治疗瘀血头痛提供参考。方法 收集知网、万方、维普和PubMed数据库中2000年至2021年中药治疗瘀血头痛的临床文献,依据纳入和排除标准进行筛选后建立数据库,运用Excel进行频数分析及类别分析,采用古今医案云平台V2.2.3进行四气五味及归经分析,通过SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行关联规则分析,以及运用SPSS Statistics 26.0软件进行聚类分析和因子分析。结果 (1)筛选得到有效方剂129首,涉及130味中药,核心药物有川芎、桃仁、红花、赤芍药、当归、白芷、甘草、全蝎、丹参、生地黄、白芍药、柴胡、细辛、牛膝、葛根、蜈蚣、地龙、天麻,常用类别为活血化瘀药、解表药、补虚药、清热药和平肝熄风药。(2)四气分析结果表明,温性和平性药物使用频次最高;五味分析结果表明,辛味和苦味药物使用频次最高;归经分析结果表明,常用药物主要归肝经、心经和脾经。(3)关联规则分析得到10个药对、20个药组。(4)聚类分析得到3个药对、1个药组。(5)因子分析提取7个公因子。结论 数据挖掘技术能全面探究治疗瘀血头痛方剂的处方规律,有助于开发相关药物,并指导中医临床实践。Objective To analyze the clinical medication rule of Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood stasis headache based on data mining technology,so as to provide reference for the treatment of blood stasis headache.Methods The clinical literature of Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood stasis headache from 2000 to 2021 in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed databases were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.After establishing the database,Excel was used for frequency analysis and category analysis,and ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.2.3)were used to analyze four natures and five flavors and meridian tropism,and through SPSS modeler 18.0 software for association rule analysis,and SPSS statistics 26.0 software for cluster analysis and factor analysis.Results(1)129 effective prescriptions were screened,involving 130 Chinese medicines.The core drugs were Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Persicae Semen,Carthami flos,Paeoniae Aeoniae Radix Rubra,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Scorpio,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Rehmanniae Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alaba,Bupleuri Radix,Asari Radix Et Rhizoma,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Scolopendra,Pheretima and Gastrodiae Rhizoma.The common types were drugs for Huoxue Huayu Medicine,Jiebiao Medicine,Buxu Medicine,Qingre Medicine and Pinggan Xifeng Medicine.(2)The results of four natures analysis showed that the use frequency of warm and peaceful drugs was the highest;the results of five flavors analysis showed that the use frequency of pungent and bitter drugs was the highest;the results of meridian analysis showed that it mainly belongs to liver meridian,heart meridian and spleen meridian.(3)10 drug pairs and 20 drug groups were obtained by association rule analysis.(4)3 drug pair and 1 drug groups were obtained by cluster analysis.(5)7 common factors were extracted by factor analysis.Conclusion Data mining technology can comprehensively explore the formulation law of prescripti
