摘　　要：促进全体人民共同富裕是中国共产党第二个百年的奋斗目标。共同富裕不仅指人民物质上的富裕,还包括精神上的富裕,这种精神富裕是具有新时代特征的精神共同富裕。新时代精神共同富裕的基本内涵是以社会主义核心价值观为指引,使人民充分享受丰富多彩的文化生活带来的心理满足和精神愉悦感,实现人的全面发展。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,大力弘扬社会主义道德,提高全民族思想道德水平和精神境界,为人民提供更高质量的精神文化产品,是实现新时代精神共同富裕的必由之路。Promoting common prosperity for all people is the second centenary goal of the Communist Party of China.Common prosperity not only refers to the material prosperity of the people,but also spiritual prosperity,which is the spiritual common prosperity with the characteristics of the new era.The basic connotation of the new era spirit of common prosperity is guided by the core socialist values,so that people can fully enjoy the psychological satisfaction and spiritual pleasure brought by the rich and colorful cultural life,and realize the all-round development of people.Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values,vigorously promoting socialist morality,improving the ideological and moral level and spiritual realm of the whole nation,and providing the people with higher-quality spiritual and cultural products are the only way to realize the common prosperity of the spirit of the new era.
