藏绣工艺资源再认识与高校多元化创新型人才培养

摘　　要：藏绣工艺资源主要有甘孜州的刺绣技艺、阿坝州的挑花刺绣技艺以及甘南的洮绣技艺等。本文立足新时代民族文化进校园背景下高校多元化创新型人才培养的要求,在藏绣传承人培养、教学模式、产学研一体化等方面做出对策建议,以实现藏绣的活态保护与高校民族文化技艺创新人才培养的有效结合。Tibetan embroidery technology resources are mainly GarzêTibetan Autonomous Prefecture embroidery technology,Aba cross-stitch embroidery technology and Gannan Tao embroidery technology and so on.Based on the requirements of cultivating diversified and innovative talents in colleges and universities under the background of national culture entering campus in the new period,this paper makes some countermeasures and suggestions on the cultivation of Tibetan embroidery inheritors,teaching mode,integration of production,teaching and research,etc.,to achieve the living protection of Tibetan embroidery and the effective combination of colleges and universities of ethnic cultural and technological innovation personnel training.
