摘 要:为考察复合微生物肥料对土壤理化性状、生物性状和香蕉生长的影响,以基施农家羊粪肥为对照,开展了田间小区试验。结果表明:施用复合微生物肥料处理的土壤容重在香蕉营养生长期和孕蕾抽蕾期分别比对照处理的下降了3.28%和10.00%,土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾质量分数分别增加了5.14%和15.04%、4.48%和4.39%、1.35%和1.85%、13.98%和8.15%,土壤pH分别提高了0.28、0.77;施肥后60 d,土壤中细菌、放线菌、真菌数量分别比对照处理的提高了1.3、2.8、0.5倍;在香蕉孕蕾抽蕾期,株高、假茎围、叶片数分别比对照处理的提高了9.37%、9.52%、2.44%。施用复合微生物肥料能改善香蕉园土壤理化性状,提高土壤中有效养分含量,增强微生物活性,促进香蕉生长。In order to investigate the effects of compound microbial fertilizer on soil physical and chemical characters,biological characters and banana growth,a field plot experiment is conducted with basal application sheep manure as control.The results show that the soil bulk density of the compound microbial fertilizer treatment decreases by 3.28%and 10.00%,comparing with the control treatment in the banana vegetative growth stage and the budding stage of the pregnant bud,the soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium content increase by 5.14%and 15.04%,4.48%and 4.39%,1.35%and 1.85%,13.98%and 8.15%,the soil pH increases by 0.28 and 0.77,respectively.60 days after fertilization,the number of bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi in the soil is 1.3,2.8 and 0.5 times higher than that in the control treatment respectively.During the banana budding stage of the pregnant bud,the plant height,pseudostem circumference and leaf number are 9.37%,9.52%and 2.44%higher than those of the control treatment respectively.The application of compound microbial fertilizer can improve physical and chemical properties of banana garden soil,increase the content of soil available nutrients,enhance microbial activity,and promote banana growth.
