摘　　要：分析了造成多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化装置灰水系统灰水浊度异常升高的原因,并制定了相应的改进措施。改进措施实施后,减缓了灰水系统结垢速率,保证了灰水系统长周期稳定运行,减轻了员工清理灰垢的工作量,同时降低了高压冲洗费用。The reasons for the abnormal increase of ash water turbidity in the ash water system of the opposed multi-nozzle coal water-slurry pressurized gasification unit are analyzed,and the corresponding transformation measures are formulated.After the implementation of the transformation measures,the scaling rate of the ash water system is slowed down,the long-term stable operation of the ash water system is guaranteed,and the workload of cleaning ash and dirt and the cost of high-pressure flushing are reduced.
