摘 要:针对机械切根改良过程中对草原产生较大扰动的问题,设计了一种水射流仿形随动切根装置。该装置设置了回转部件,以实现仿形随动切根,且能够根据退化草原对切根深度的不同要求,灵活调节射流高度。其中对回转杆作业时的摆角变化以及射流喷头的升高位移变化进行了动力学分析,并基于Matlab/Simulink对其进行了建模仿真,结果表明,回转杆的摆角变化与地面摩擦阻力呈正比关系。在实际作业过程中,回转杆可根据草原地面环境的变化瞬时产生不同的摆角,从而使射流切根部件保持仿形随动切根的能力。射流喷头在距地25 mm的基础上,可实现20 mm内的高度调节范围,能够满足退化草原对切根深度的不同要求。To address the problem of large disturbance to grassland in the process of mechanical root cutting for grassland improvement,a water jet contour follower root cutting device was designed.The device is equipped with a rotary component to realize contouring and follow-up root cutting,and the jet height can be adjusted flexibly according to different requirements of root cutting depth of the degraded grassland.The dynamic analysis was carried out on the swing angle change of rotary rod operation and the rise displacement change of jet nozzle,and the modeling and simulation were carried out on Matlab/Simulink.The results show that the swing angle of the rotary rod is proportional to the friction resistance of the ground.In the actual operation process,the rotary rod can produce different swing angles according to the change of the grassland ground environment,so that the jet cutting parts can keep the ability of copying the following cutting root.In addition,on the basis of 25 mm away from the ground,the jet nozzle can achieve a height adjustment range of 20 mm,which can meet the different requirements for root cutting depth of degraded grassland.
