变电所备自投模拟试验操作事故案例分析

摘　　要：某企业变电所备自投模拟试验因操作不当引发带接地刀闸误合闸事故。结合《电力安全工作规程发电厂和变电站电气部分》(GB 26860—2011),文章从操作层面、技术层面、组织层面和制度执行层面对该事故发生的原因进行了剖析,并提出了此类事故的防范措施。The improper operation in the simulation test of a substation’s backup automatic switch resulted in an accident of closing the earthing knife-switch with electricity.Combining with the Safety Code of Electric Power Industry-Electric Part of Power Plants and Transformer Substations(GB26860-2011),this paper analyzed the causes of the accident from the aspects of operation,technology,organization and system implementation,and proposed some preventive measures for such accidents.
