仪表引压管卡套泄漏的原因分析及应对措施

摘　　要：卡套式管接头以其方便和可靠的特点,在小直径管道中得到广泛应用。但如果选择、安装不当,也会发生卡套连接的失效事故。对卡套式管接头在实际应用中出现的问题及产生原因进行统计分析,从技术角度和管理角度提出预防引压管卡套泄漏的处理措施,总结出卡套在选择、使用中的注意事项,并提出卡套泄漏后的应急处置方案。Pipe connector of cutting sleeve type are widely used in small diameter pipelines because of their convenience and reliability.However,if the selection and installation are improper,failure of the pipe connector may occur.This paper makes a statistical analysis on the problems and causes of the pipe connector of cutting sleeve type in practical application.It proposes the measures to prevent the leakage of pipe connector of cutting sleeve type from the technical and management perspectives.The paper summarizes the precautions in the selection and use of the cutting sleeve and presents the emergency disposal plan after the leakage of the cutting sleeve.
