储罐机械清洗作业中危险区域划分和防爆要求

摘　　要：储油罐区域按照储罐结构、附件类型、储存介质、防火堤设置等情况的不同,可划分为不同等级的危险区域。危险区域等级不同,相应的防爆要求也不同。在储罐机械清洗施工过程中,受施工工艺的影响,爆炸性气体环境危险区域实际上是存在变化的,为此相应的防爆要求也应该发生变化。基于多年的储油罐清洗施工实践,文章结合相关防爆标准知识,根据施工工序的不同阶段,对危险区域进行具体划分,并提出行之有效且符合标准的防爆要求,旨在指导储罐清洗施工安全、科学、规范地开展,并合理地配置和使用防爆设备。The oil storage tank area can be divided into different levels of hazardous areas according to the tank structure,type of tank accessories,medium in tank,fire dike setting and other circumstances.The explosion-proof requirements are different for different levels of hazardous areas.In the process of mechanical tank cleaning,there’re changes in the hazardous area of explosive gas environment due to the influence of cleaning methods.Therefore,the corresponding explosion-proof requirements should be changed.Based on years of tank cleaning practice and combining with knowledge of relevant explosion-proof standards,this paper makes specific division of hazardous areas,and puts forward effective and standard explosion-proof requirements with the aim of guiding safe,scientific and standard tank cleaning and configuring and using explosion-proof equipment reasonably.
