储油罐油品泄漏风险分析与防控措施探讨

摘　　要：储油罐油品泄漏,往往会引起火灾爆炸,伴随着重大人员伤亡、严重环境污染、巨大经济损失及负面社会影响,造成不可估量的后果。因此,防控储油罐油品泄漏对于油库的安全运行具有重要意义。结合某成品油库多年安全运行实践,分析储油罐油品泄漏原因及后果,从管理、技术及应急处置角度,探讨风险防控措施,有效降低储油罐运行风险。Oil leakage from storage tanks can cause immeasurable consequences.It often results in fire and explosion and is accompanied by major casualties,serious environmental pollution,huge economic losses and negative social impacts.Therefore,the prevention and control of oil leakage in storage tanks is of great significance for the safe operation of oil depots.Combining with years of safe operation practice of a refined oil depot,this paper analyzes the causes and consequences of oil leakage from storage tanks.It discusses the risk prevention and control measures from the perspectives of management,technology and emergency disposal to reduce the operation risks of oil storage tanks effectively.
