天然气上中下游产业定价机制现状研究

摘　　要：天然气价格作为推动天然气行业上中下游企业发展的重要杠杆,在国家能源转型过程中的重要性值得深切关注。从天然气价格在不同阶段的定价影响因素出发,通过对天然气价格在上游开采生产、中游管道运输和下游终端销售三个环节进行分析,进一步为天然气出厂定价机制、管道运输定价机制和天然气配气定价机制的现存问题提出建议。The importance of natural gas prices as an important lever to drive the development of upstream,midstream and downstream enterprises in the natural gas industry in the process of national energy transition deserves deep attention.Starting from the factors influencing natural gas prices at different stages of pricing,the analysis of natural gas prices in three segments,namely upstream extraction and production,midstream pipeline transportation and downstream terminal sales,further suggests suggestions for the existing problems in the pricing mechanisms of natural gas ex-works,pipeline transportation and natural gas distribution.
