摘　　要：为提高煤矿企业信息化管理水平,促进煤矿企业的现代化、自动化发展,从运用信息技术创建自动化管理体系、落实状态检修提高自动化作业能力,建立健全自动化应急管理系统、编制好应急预案以及提高煤矿自动化应用技术水平等多方面着手,提出了一系列强化煤矿信息化管理能力,提高企业自动化作业效能的措施,以促进煤矿企业实现长期健康稳定发展。In order to improve the informatization management level of coal mining enterprises,promote the modernization and automation development of coal mining enterprises,this paper proposes a series of measures to strengthen the informatization management ability of coal mines,starting from the use of information technology to create an automation management system,implement state maintenance to improve the automation operation ability,establish and improve the automation emergency management system,prepare emergency plans,and improve the automation application technology level of coal mines,Measures to improve the efficiency of enterprise automation operation to promote the long-term healthy and stable development of coal mining enterprises.
