摘 要:随着宇航产品价格市场化改革的不断深化,竞争性采购模式以及商业航天低成本制造优势加剧了传统航天领域的市场竞争,低成本已成为航天领域产品的核心竞争力之一。以A企业为例,通过分析A企业宇航产品成本形态、结构及管理现状,梳理产品成本管控存在的问题,提出成本管控策略,该策略可以提升A企业的成本管控水平。With the deepening of the market-oriented reform of astronautical product prices,competitive procurement mode and the advantage of low-cost manufacturing in commercial spaceflight have intensified the market competition in the traditional spaceflight field,and low cost has become one of the core competitiveness of products in the spaceflight field.Taking enterprise A as an example,through analyzing the cost form,structure and management status of aerospace products in enterprise A,sorting out the problems of product cost control and proposing cost control strategies,the strategy can improve the cost control level of enterprise A.
