摘　　要：新能源市场快速发展,新能源装机容量井喷式增长,新能源电站的运行和维护一直是新能源电站运营商高度关注的问题。介绍了新能源后运维服务的发展现状,分析了新能源后运维服务特点及存在的问题,探究了新能源后运维服务项目管理实现跨越式发展的不同途径和方式,数字化转型服务对于提高新能源运维服务的质量和效率都具有重要的意义。With the rapid development of the new energy market and the spurt in the installed capacity of new energy,the operation and maintenance of new energy power plants has been a high concern for new energy plant operators.The development status of new energy post-operations and maintenance services is introduced,the characteristics and problems of new energy post-operations and maintenance services are analysed,and different ways and means to achieve leapfrog development of new energy post-operations and maintenance services project management are explored.
