摘　　要：结合平朔矿区煤矿班组建设和工作经验,从社会学、管理学角度探讨新时代新形势下煤矿班组建设工作的特点和发展趋势。平朔矿区煤矿班组已逐渐形成有别于其他社会群体的特征,具有独特的价值观。通过研究煤矿班组群体建设情况和发展趋势,总结煤矿班组组织建设经验,不仅能有效地促进班组群体的正向发展,同时也能改善企业组织管理工作,为企业创造更好的经济效益和社会价值,提升企业竞争力,促进社会群体的和谐发展。Combined with the coal mine team construction and work experience in Pingshuo mining area,this paper discusses the characteristics and development trend of coal mine team construction in the new era and new situation from the perspective of sociology and management.With the development of time,coal mining teams in Pingshuo mining area have gradually formed some characteristics different from other social groups,forming their own unique values and methodology,which will have a great impact on each team member.At the same time,it plays a role in the development of teams and groups and the overall development of the enterprise.By studying the construction and development trend of coal mine team groups,finding,analyzing and summarizing the experience of coal mine team organization construction can not only effectively promote the positive development of team groups,but also improve the organization and management of enterprises,create better economic benefits and social value for enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the harmonious development of social groups.
