摘 要:目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下,混合式教学模式在儿童少年卫生学教学中的实践效果。方法:选取某医学院2015级(150人)、2016级(179人)与2017级(115人)大四预防医学专业本科生共444名学生为研究对象,其中2015级学生采用传统教学模式,2016级与2017级学生采用混合式教学模式,比较3组平均分数、及格率和成绩等级。结果:2016级与2017级学生平均分数高于2015级(P<0.05),2016级与2017级成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2016级学生及格率高于2017级、2015级,2017级学生及格率高于2015级(P<0.05);85~100分学生构成比三年逐年增加;70~84分学生构成比2016级最高,2015级与2017级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);60~69分学生构成比2015级最高,2016级与2017级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2016级不及格学生构成比低于2017级、2015级,2017级不及格学生构成比低于2015级(P<0.05)。结论:线上线下混合式教学的发展与应用不仅能提高儿童少年卫生学的教学效果;还能在突发公共卫生事件时,保证教学的效果与质量。但线下面对面教学的重要性不容忽视。Objective:To explore the practical effect of mixed teaching mode in children and adolescents′hygiene teaching under the background of the epidemic.Methods:A total of 444 senior undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine were selected as subjects.The students from grade 2015(150 students)received traditional teaching method,and the students from grade 2016(179 students)and 2017(115 students)received mixed teaching method.The average score,excellence rate,passing rate and grade of the 3 groups were analyzed.Results:The average score of grade 2016 and 2017 was higher than that of grade 2015(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between grade 2016 and 2017(P>0.05).The passing rate was grade 2016>2017>2015(P<0.05).The proportion of students with 85-100 points increased year by year in the three years.The proportion of students with 70-84 points was the highest in grade 2016(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between grade 2015 and 2017(P>0.05).The proportion of students with 60-69 points was the highest in grade 2015(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between grade 2016 and 2017(P>0.05).The proportion of failing students was grade 2016<2017<2015(P<0.05).Conclusion:The development and application of online and offline mixed teaching can not only improve the teaching effect,but also ensure the effect and quality of teaching in case of public health emergencies.However,the importance of offline face-to-face teaching cannot be ignored.
