摘 要:针对本安型气体超声波流量计的供电电路存在本质安全化和多电压输出无法兼备的问题,设计了基于二重转压的本安型气体超声波流量计供电电路。分析了本质安全型气体超声波流量计二重转压供电电路的工作原理,设计了该电路中储能元件的参数,将电容的最大储能限制在255.92μJ,电感的最大储能限制在2.24 nJ,远小于本安条件下的最小点燃能量0.28 mJ。对二重转压供电电路进行本质安全校核,电路在同一电压等级下的最大电容为90.2μF,在同一电流等级下最大电感为1μH,芯片最高表面温度为114.8℃,远小于同一本安条件下各元件参数的最大允许值。对二重转压供电电路进行供电性能测试,电路的输出电压和输出电流完全满足本安型气体超声波流量计的电源要求,解决了本安型气体超声波流量计的供电电路本质安全化和多电压输出无法兼备的问题。Aiming at the problem that intrinsic safety and multi-voltage output of the intrinsically safe type gas ultrasonic flowmeter power supply circuit cannot be combined,the intrinsically safe type gas ultrasonic flowmeter power supply circuit based on dual transversion was designed.The working principle of the intrinsically safe type gas ultrasonic flowmeter dual-transfer power supply circuit was analyzed,and the parameters of the energy storage components in the circuit were designed to limit the maximum energy storage of the capacitor to 255.92μJ and the maximum energy storage of the inductor to 2.24 nJ,which was much smaller than the minimum ignition energy of 0.28 mJ under intrinsically safe conditions.Intrinsic safety check was carried out on the double voltage conversion power supply circuit.The maximum capacitance of the circuit at the same voltage level is 90.2μF,the maximum inductance at the same current level is 1μH,and the maximum surface temperature of the chip is 114.8℃,which is much less than the maximum allowable value of each component parameter under the same intrinsically safe condition.The power supply performance test was also carried out on the dual-transfer power supply circuit.The output voltage and output current of the circuit fully meet the power supply requirements of the intrinsically safe type gas ultrasonic flowmeter,solving the incompatible problem of the intrinsically safety and multi-voltage output of power supply circuit of the intrinsically safe type gas ultrasonic flowmeter.
