摘  要:针对苏里格气田井下节流器密封失效问题,利用有限元软件,对井下节流器密封结构的密封性能进行了分析,发现密封结构中V型密封圈具有继续优化的潜力,采用响应曲面法对V型密封圈进行了优化。仿真结果表明,当V型密封圈的密封角度θ=69.7°、密封宽度h=5.3 mm、密封圆角r=0.3 mm、密封间隙d=0 mm、摩擦因数μ=0.7时,V型密封圈的最大接触应力为2.56 MPa,在保证安全的前提下接触应力提高了71%。此时节流器密封结构的密封效果最好。In view of the sealing failure of downhole choke in Sulige Gas Field,the sealing performance of downhole choke sealing structure is analyzed by using finite element software.It is found that the metal components of the sealing structure need not be considered in the subsequent optimization,and the V-shaped seal ring has the potential for further optimization;The response surface method was used to optimize the V-shaped seal ring.The simulation results show that when the sealing angle of V-shaped seal ring isθ=69.7°,seal width h=5.3 mm,seal fillet r=0.3 mm,seal clearance d=0 mm,friction coefficientμ=0.7,the maximum contact stress of V-shaped seal ring is 2.56 MPa,which is increased by 71%on the premise of ensuring safety.At this time,the sealing effect of the throttle sealing structure is the best.
