摘  要:为了实现快速、非接触准确测量齿轮参数,利用机器视觉软件搭建齿轮视觉参数检测系统。该系统基于Halcon软件平台设计,包括软件和硬件两部分组成,首先通过标定的工业相机拍摄清晰的待测齿轮图像,再利用Halcon软件的基本视觉与图像原理处理齿轮图像,经过阈值、滤波和形态学处理等操作识别齿轮图像轮廓,进一步利用角点检测算子提取并测量齿轮的齿顶圆直径、齿根圆直径、齿数、模数、分度圆直径、齿距等各项参数。通过实验测试结果表明,该法所测量出的齿轮各项参数基本上与参考数值一致,符合无接触测量的基本要求,可以准确迅速地测量齿轮的基本参数。与传统的接触式测量方法相比,具有测量精度高,稳定性好等特点,对于非接触实时测量提供了简便有效的解决方法。In order to measure gear parameters quickly and accurately without contact,the machine vision software was used to build a gear vision parameter detection system.The system was designed based on Halcon software platform,which consisted of software and hardware.First,a clear image of the gear to be tested was captured by a calibrated industrial camera,and then the gear image was processed using the basic vision and image principles of the Halcon software.After threshold,filtering and morphological processing,the gear image contour was identified.Furthermore,Angle detection operator was used to extract and measure the tooth apex circle diameter,root circle diameter,tooth number,module,indexing circle diameter,pitch and other parameters of gear.The experimental test results show that the parameters of the gear measured by the method are basically consistent with the reference values,which meet the basic requirements of non-contact measurement,and can accurately and quickly measure the basic parameters of the gear.Compared with the traditional contact measurement method,it has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy and good stability,and provides a simple and effective solution for non-contact real-time measurement.
