摘　　要：针对现有GDX2包装机检测不足导致烟包包装后出现铝箔纸质量缺陷,影响产品质量的问题,在分析现有烟支包装工艺的基础上,设计研发了一套铝箔纸完整性检测系统。该系统基于S7-1200PLC设计。针对烟包铝箔纸的特性,选用电感式传感器作为铝箔纸完整性检测元件。在烟包包装过程中,利用多个检测点对烟包铝箔纸完整性进行动态检测,通过对检测信号的处理,确定目标烟包是否存在铝箔纸缺陷问题。检测结果远程反馈给包装机系统,由剔除装置实现对缺陷烟包的剔除;将检测信息和车间质控系统相连,随时掌握不同批次产品的质量,实现对卷烟整体质量把控。系统经过调试和试运行,结果表明:该系统可与包装机配合可靠运行,缺陷烟支剔除准确率达到100%,误剔率仅为0.05%,有效降低了材料的损耗和次品率,运行可靠,达到了预期效果。In response to the problem of insufficient detection of existing GDX2 packers leading to foil paper quality defects after packet packing and affecting product quality,an aluminum foil paper integrity detection system was designed and developed based on the analysis of the existing cigarette packing process.The system was designed based on S7-1200 PLC for the characteristics of the cigarette packet aluminum foil paper,inductive sensors were selected as the foil paper integrity detection element.During the packet packing process,multiple detection points were used to dynamically monitor the packet aluminum foil paper integrity and determine whether the target packet had aluminum foil paper defect problems by processing the detection signals.At the same time,it communicated with the overall system of the packer through the network to realize the rejection of defective packs;it connected the inspection information with the workshop quality control system to keep track of the quality of different frequency products and realized the overall quality control of cigarettes.After debugging and trial run,the results show that the system can operate reliably with the packer,the accuracy of defective cigarette rejection reaches 100%,and the false pick rate can decrease to 0.05%,effectively reducing the loss of materials and the rate of defective products,operating reliably and achieving the expected results.
