摘  要:为解决传统衣橱收纳空间规划不合理导致空间浪费、高处放取衣物困难且具有安全隐患等问题,对传统衣橱进行智能化改造。改造后的衣橱系统由识别存储系统、自动挂取衣物系统、智能收纳系统、信息管理系统和智能除潮防湿系统组成。控制系统以S7-200西门子PLC控制器为核心,控制面板使用MT8071iE触摸屏,通过RS485通信协议实现与PLC的高抗干扰通信。所设计的智能衣橱实现了人机智能化交互,可自主完成智能收纳、一键拿取、随心搭配、除潮除湿等功能。In order to solve the problems such as space waste caused by unreasonable storage space planning of traditional wardrobe,difficult to placing clothes at high places and hidden dangers of safety,the traditional wardrobe was intelligently transformed.After the transformation,the wardrobe system was composed of identification storage system,automatic hanging and picking up clothing system,intelligent storage system,information management system,intelligent moisture control system.The control system was based on S7-200 Siemens PLC controller,the MT8071iE touch screen was adopted as control panel,the high anti-interference communication with PLC was realized through RS485 communication protocol.The intelligent wardrobe designed realizes human-computer intelligent interaction,which can independently complete various functions such as intelligent storage,one-button access,matching,moisture removal and dehumidification.
