摘 要:为实现工厂无人化生产,采用工业智能机器人在粉尘污染、有毒、易爆等恶劣环境下进行工业自动化生产。分析现代化工厂普及无人化生产设备应用、流程改进及物联网云端控制的发展趋势,从液体自动灌装机、粉体称重包装机器人和改进称重码垛机器人包装生产线3个方面介绍工业机器人融合半自动设备,实现全自动化、智能化的生产;介绍全自动称重包装生产线的应用情况;给出了全自动称重生产线在物联网及远程云网络控制方面的扩展应用。In order to realize unmanned factory production,industrial intelligent robots were used to automate industrial production in dust pollution,toxic,explosive and other harsh environment.The development trends of modern factory popularization of unmanned production equipment application,process improvement and cloud control of Internet of Things were analyzed,the integration of semi-automatic equipment of industrial robots was introduced from three aspects,such as automatic liquid filling machine,powder weighing and packing robot and improved weighing and palletizing robot packaging production line to realize fully automatic and intelligent production;the application of automatic weighing and packing production line was introduced;the extended application of automatic weighing production line in Internet of Things and remote cloud network control was presented.
