摘  要:为解决血液制品生产过程中投入成本高、血浆回收率低、血浆袋破袋操作效率低等问题,设计了一种新型血浆袋破袋机。基于传统破袋机的剪辫、破袋和收集功能,结合流水生产线操作方法,创新引入多路同步传输链路及吹气装置。该破袋机以多路同步传输处理链路为基础、包含冰冻血浆袋剪管-破袋-排冰总成及并联气吹式血浆袋破袋系统,实现了冰冻血浆袋自动破袋、破袋后自动排出血浆和空血浆袋自动收集的功能。详细介绍了破袋机的设计结构和工作方式,并对破袋机在整个破袋操作过程中的破袋方式、工序同步能力和具体运动过程等进行了详细说明,最后通过导入Solidworks软件建立三维模型进行装配,以验证结构设计的合理性和各工序的联动性。结果表明,设计的破袋机可同步完成血浆袋剪辫、破袋、沥干和回收等工序,提高了血浆袋的破袋效率及血浆的回收率,提高了血液制品的生产效率。A new type of plasma bag breaking machine was designed to solve the problems of high input cost,low plasma recovery rate and low efficiency of plasma bag breaking operation in the production of blood products.Based on the braid cutting,bag breaking and collecting functions of the traditional bag breaking machine,combined with the operation method of the flow production line,the multi-channel synchronous transmission link and the blowing device were innovatively introduced.The bag breaking machine was based on a multi-channel synchronous transmission processing link,including a frozen plasma bag shearing tube-bag breaking-icing assembly and a parallel air-blowing plasma bag breaking system,which realized the functions of automatic bag breaking of frozen plasma bags,automatic discharge of plasma after bag breaking and automatic collection of empty plasma bags.The design structure and working mode of the bag breaking machine were introduced in detail,and the bag breaking mode,process synchronization operation and specific movement process of the bag breaking machine in the whole bag breaking operation process were described in detail.Finally,the three-dimensional model was established by importing Solidworks software for assembly to verify the rationality of the structural design and the linkage of each process.The results show that the bag breaking machine can simultaneously complete the process of cutting,breaking,draining and recycling of plasma bags,improve the bag breaking efficiency of plasma bags and the recovery rate of plasma,and fundamentally improve the production efficiency of blood products.
