摘  要:分层注水是油田采收中重要的操作。其中的配水器设备因地层水返吐导致极易损坏,使用寿命较短。为此设计了一种分层注水偏心配水器,通过电机旋转控制精细化注水,出水口设计防返吐安全阀,结构简单。并利用有限元软件对其整体结构和关键零部件进行强度校核。计算结果表明当分层注水偏心配水器外壁载荷为40 MPa,内壁载荷为38 MPa时,其最大应变处于0~4.42481×10^(-3) mm之间,远小于其结构尺寸,符合应变条件;最大应力位于下端螺纹处,其应力值为801.34 MPa,小于材料的屈服强度,符合应力条件;关键零部件结构设计合理,稳定性良好,符合实际生产工作需要。Stratified water injection is an important operation in oilfield recovery.Wherein the water distributor equipment is easily damaged due to formation water backsplitting,and its service life is short.Therefore,an eccentric water distributor for stratified water injection was designed,fine water injection was controlled by motor rotation,and anti-backflow safety valve was designed at the outlet,with simple structure.The strength of its overall structure and key components was checked by using finite element software.The calculation results show that when the load on the outer wall of the eccentric water distributor is 40 MPa and the load on the inner wall is 38 MPa,the maximum strain is between 0 and 4.42481×10^(-3) mm,which is much smaller than the structure size and conforms to the strain condition.The maximum stress is located at the lower thread,and its stress value is 801.34 MPa,which is less than the yield strength of the material and conforms to the stress condition.The key parts structure design is reasonable,good stability,in line with the actual production needs.
