摘  要:“双减”政策实施后,学校图书馆成为中小学生有效利用课余时间的重要场所之一。加强中小学图书馆建设,有利于培养学生阅读兴趣和良好的阅读习惯,提升学生的阅读素养,建设好学乐学的校园文化。当前我国中小学图书馆建设面临藏书数量不足、藏书质量欠佳、藏书结构不合理、经费不足、馆舍面积不达标、管理人员专业化程度低等问题,可以借鉴国外中小学图书馆建设的有益经验,加强在理念、设施、人员、模式等方面的改革与创新。After the implementation of the“double reduction”policy,school libraries have become one of the important places for primary and secondary school students to use their spare time effectively.Strengthening the construction of primary and secondary school libraries is conducive to cultivating students’reading interests and good reading habits,improving students’reading literacy,and building a campus culture of loving and enjoying learning.However,at present,these libraries in China are faced with such problems as insufficient collection of books,poor quality of collections,unreasonable collection structure,insufficient funds,substandard building areas,and low degree of specialization of management personnel.The future development of the construction of primary and secondary school libraries can refer to the positive foreign experience and strengthen the reform and innovation in the aspects of concept,facility,personnel,and mode.
