摘 要:目的:探讨EDose MC-Ⅰ单点晨检仪在直线加速器不同剂量率出束情况下对测得数据的精准性影响。方法:在确保直线加速器工作状态稳定的情况下,设置测量条件的照射野(10×10)cm^(2),源皮距离(SSD)100 cm,出束100 MU,直线加速器出束剂量率分别为100 MU/min、300 MU/min和600 MU/min;将使用EDose MC-Ⅰ单点晨检仪采集3种剂量率下的数据纳入试验组(100条);将直线加速器出束条件相同情况下使用30010型0.6 cc指型电离室采集数据纳入对照组(60条),直线加速器出束3次后分别获得试验组300条数据和对照组180条数据,均与测量基准值进行对比分析。结果:试验组在剂量率100 MU/min、300 MU/min和600 MU/min下测得数据与基准值比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=9.966,t=5.700,t=17.470;P<0.05)。在低剂量率100 MU/min时其平均误差为-7.83%,波动范围为-4%~-25%,在中高剂量率300 MU/min和600 MU/min下平均误差分别为-0.14%和0.49%,波动范围为-0.2%~1.2%。对照组在100 MU/min和300 MU/min两种剂量率下测得数据与基准值的平均误差分别为-0.43%和-0.30%,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.873,t=6.044;P<0.05)。剂量率600 MU/Min下测得数据与基准值的平均误差为-0.12%,差异无统计学意义(t=2.089,P>0.05),波动范围均≤±1%。结论:直线加速器输出剂量率对EDose MC-Ⅰ单点晨检仪测量数据有较大的影响,在使用EDose MC-Ⅰ单点晨检仪进行晨检测量时应保持相同中高剂量率条件下测量,以减少剂量率对测量数据的偏差影响。Objective:To investigate the influence of EDose MC-Ⅰsingle point morning detector on the accuracy of the measured data of that under emitting beam from different dose rates of linear accelerator.Methods:Under the condition of ensuring the stable working state of the linear accelerator,the measurement conditions were set as follows:irradiation field(10×10)cm^(2),the distance between source and skin(SSD)100 cm,the emitting beam was 100 MU.The dose rates of emitting beam of the linear accelerator were respectively 100 MU/min,300 MU/min and 600 MU/min,respectively.The data that were collected by EDose MC-Ⅰsingle point morning detector under three kinds of dose rates were included in the experiment group(100 pieces).The data that were collected by the 30010 type 0.6 cc ionization chamber of finger shape under the same conditions of emitting beam of the linear accelerator were included into the control group(60 pieces).The experiment group obtained 300 pieces data and control group obtained 180 pieces data after the linear accelerator emitted 3 times of beam,which were compared and analyzed with the fiducial value of measurement.Results:The difference of the measured data under the 100 MU/min,300MU/min and 600 MU/min of dose rates between experimental group and the fiducial value were significant(t=9.966,t=5.700,t=17.470,P<0.01).The mean error was-7.83%and the fluctuation range was-4%to-25%at the low dose rate of 100 MU/min.The mean error was-0.14%and 0.49%,and the fluctuation range was-0.2%to 1.2%at the middle dose rate of 300 MU/min and high dose rate of 600 MU/min,respectively.The mean errors between the measured data of control group at 100 MU/min and 300 MU/min and the fiducial value were-0.43%and-0.30%,respectively,and the difference were statistically significant(t=7.873,t=6.044,P<0.05).The mean error between the measured data at the dose rate of 600 MU/Min and the fiducial value was-0.12%,with no statistical significance(t=2.089,P>0.05).The fluctuation range of the data of three groups was within±1%.Concl
