摘　　要：目的:构建基于影像归档及传输系统(PACS)的区域远程医学影像中心,解决偏远地区患者“看病难”“重复检查”等问题。方法:区域远程医学影像中心技术包括网络技术层、系统技术层、应用技术层、业务技术层和管理技术层。区域远程医学影像中心以数字化方式将12家基层医院的影像设备与中心医院的远程PACS相连接,并搭建远程教学平台,实现基层医院检查与中心医院诊断相结合的远程医疗模式。中心医院抽取区域内12家基层医院中1个季度每家医院的10份影像资料,对比分析影像图片质量和基层医院对远程教学的满意度。结果:区域远程医学影像中心使偏远地区患者享受到了中心医院专家的服务,区域远程医学影像中心应用后影像图片优片率由原来的82.3%上升至95.4%;基层医院对远程教学满意度高达95%以上。结论:区域远程医学影像中心以先进的信息科学和技术为临床医学带来新的工作模式,能够提升基层医院专业能力,缓解患者就医压力。Objective:To construct a regional telemedicine imaging center to solve the problems of"difficulty in seeing a doctor"and"repeated examination"for patients in remote areas.Methods:The technical architecture of regional telemedicine imaging center was composed of five aspects:network technology layer,system technology layer,application technology layer,business technology layer and management technology layer.A long-term and large-capacity storage system of image and text information was established in the imaging center,and digitally connected the imaging equipment of all grass-roots hospitals with the picture archiving and communication system(PACS)of the central hospital to realize the telemedicine mode of examination in grass-roots hospitals and diagnosis in central hospitals.The quality of 10 images taken from each of the 12 grass-roots hospitals undertaken by the regional telemedicine imaging center and the satisfaction of the grass-roots hospitals to distance teaching were compared.Results:The regional telemedicine imaging center enabled patients in remote areas to enjoy the services of central hospital experts,and the rate of excellent medical images(score>95)increased from 82.3%before the application of the regional telemedicine imaging center to 95.4%after application.The satisfaction of grass-roots hospitals in distance teaching was more than 95%.Conclusion:The regional telemedicine imaging center brings a new working mode for clinical medicine with advanced information science and technology,which can solve the problem of lack of professional ability in radiology in grass-roots hospitals and ease the pressure of patients seeking medical treatment to a certain extent.
