摘 要:目的:优化重组医疗设备管理流程,提升医院创伤患者多元救护质量。方法:在医疗设备使用前、使用中和使用后的不同阶段,优化部门协作机制和管理质量标准,重组医疗设备管理流程。选取医院用于创伤患者救治的47台医疗设备,根据管理流程不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组根据多元救护类型和场所不同实施医疗设备塔式管理,观察组采用重组医疗设备管理流程实施闭环管理。自制满意度调查问卷调查两组设备使用和管理的相关医生、护士、工程师和消毒供应人员对设备服务水平的满意度评价,对比两组设备的管理效率、运行质量和服务水平。结果:观察组医疗设备性能检测、清洁消毒、故障应答和维护保养时间分别为(3.41±1.42)min、(27.95±3.64)min、(18.10±8.27)min和(21.15±7.92)min,均少于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.996,t=6.696,t=5.798,t=2.802;P<0.05);观察组医疗设备故障率、开机率、消毒合格率和安全风险发生率分别为(1.46±1.12)%、(96.19±2.56)%、(97.43±1.42)%和(4.07±1.68)%,故障率和安全风险发生率低于对照组,开机率和消毒合格率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.436,t=4.722,t=5.027,t=6.684;P<0.05);设备使用和管理的相关医生、护士、工程师和消毒供应人员对观察组设备的服务水平满意度评价分别为(92.91±6.50)分、(93.12±6.89)分、(93.87±4.59)分和(95.45±2.43)分,均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.170,t=2.892,t=5.206,t=6.297;P<0.05)。结论:医疗设备管理流程重组可提升创伤患者多元救护中设备使用、检测及消毒等工作效率,控制设备故障和风险发生概率,提升设备在临床急救和住院治疗中的技术保障水平。Objective:To optimize and reorganize the management process of medical equipment,and to improve the quality of multiple rescue for trauma patients in hospital.Methods:From different stages before,during and after the use of medical equipment,the departmental collaboration mechanism and management quality standards were optimized and the medical equipment management process was reorganized.47 sets of medical equipment used in the treatment of trauma patients in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management process.The control group implemented tower management of medical equipment according to multiple rescue types and places,and the observation group adopted the reorganized medical equipment management process to implement closed-loop management.The self-made satisfaction questionnaire was conducted to investigate the satisfaction with the equipment of the two groups of equipment-related doctors,nurses,engineers and Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)staff.The management efficiency,operation quality and service level of the two groups were compared.Results:The time for performance detection,cleaning and disinfection,fault response and maintenance of medical equipment in the observation group were(3.41±1.42)min,(27.95±3.64)min,(18.10±8.27)min and(21.15±7.92)min,respectively,which were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.996,t=6.696,t=5.798,t=2.802;P<0.05).The failure rate,start-up rate,disinfection qualification rate and safety risk incidence rate of medical equipment in the observation group were(1.46±1.12)%,(96.19±2.56)%,(97.43±1.42)%and(4.07±1.68)%,respectively;the failure rate and safety risk incidence rate of medical equipment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the start-up rate and disinfection qualification rate were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.436,t=4.722,t=5.027,t=6.684;P<0.05).The
