摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗质量管理在全自动清洗消毒器管理中的应用价值,以确保医疗器械使用安全。方法:选取医院经全自动清洗消毒器清洗消毒的1240件医疗器械,按照全自动清洗消毒器管理方法不同,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组620件,对照组器械采用全自动清洗消毒器常规质量管理,研究组器械采用医疗质量管理理念对全自动清洗消毒器进行质量管理。对比两组医疗器械清洗、消毒灭菌、物品包装及供应合格率,以及消毒供应中心工作人员消毒管理质量、全自动清洗消毒器管理相关知识和管理满意度评分。结果:消毒供应中心工作人员对研究组的物品洗涤、手术用品、医疗器械消毒灭菌和物品包装管理质量评分分别为(23.87±1.01)分、(23.76±1.03)分、(23.23±1.02)分和(23.17±1.03)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=10.421,t=10.707,t=9.390,t=9.427;P<0.05)。消毒供应中心工作人员对研究组使用全自动清洗消毒器管理的理论知识和技能操作考核评分分别为(95.98±3.08)分和(95.09±3.02)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=10.920,t=9.684;P<0.05)。研究组医疗器械清洗、消毒灭菌、物品包装及供应合格率分别为99.84%、99.84%、99.68%和99.68%,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.687,χ^(2)=20.559,χ^(2)=13.009,χ^(2)=23.089;P<0.05)。消毒供应中心工作人员对研究组器械清洗消毒的文书记录、消毒流程图、消毒质量和团队合作满意度评分分别为(22.87±1.29)分、(22.78±1.23)分、(22.68±1.17)分和(22.62±1.13)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=11.275,t=11.170,t=11.985,t=11.843;P<0.05)。结论:在全自动清洗消毒器管理中进行医疗质量管理,能够有效提高消毒管理质量,确保器械使用安全。Objective:To explore the application value of medical quality management in the management of automatic washer disinfectors.Methods:A total of 1,240 pieces of medical equipment cleaned and disinfected by automatic washer disinfectors in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the different management methods of the automatic washer disinfector,with 620 pieces in each group.The control group was given routine quality management of automatic washer disinfector,the study group adopted the concept of medical quality management to manage the quality of automatic washer disinfectors.The qualified rates of cleaning,disinfection,sterilization,packaging and supply of medical instruments,as well as the knowledge and satisfaction of the quality of disinfection management and the management of automatic washer disinfector of the staff in the central sterile supply department(CSSD)were compared between the two groups.Results:The CSSD staff rated the quality of article washing,surgical supplies,disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments and packaging management of the study group as(23.87±1.01)points,(23.76±1.03)points,(23.23±1.02)points and(23.17±1.03)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.421,t=10.707,t=9.390,t=9.427;P<0.05).The CSSD staff scored the theoretical knowledge and skill operation of the use of automatic washer disinfector of the study group(95.98±3.08)points and(95.09±3.02)points respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.920,t=9.684;P<0.05).The qualified rates of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,packaging and supply of medical devices in the study group were 99.84%,99.84%,99.68%and 99.68%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.687,χ^(2)=20.559,χ^(2)=13.009,χ^(2)=23.089;P<0.05).The CSSD staff scored the instrument
