消化内窥镜故障的预防性维护管理研究

摘　　要：目的:研究制定消化内窥镜常见故障的预防性维护方案,提升消化内窥镜故障处理和预防性维护技术效率。方法:分析消化内窥镜结构与成像原理,选取医院内窥镜中心在用的104条消化内窥镜的故障维修数据159项,从故障表现类型、故障率、故障维修部位、维修等级、维修费用和维修配件6个方面探讨常见故障处理与预防对策。结果:针对消化内窥镜中角度不良、送气送水不良、遥控功能不良、抬钳管道附件插通不良、自动调光不良和图像不良6类故障分析提示,故障概率最高的3种故障类型分别为角度问题(占35.86%)、漏水问题(占33.33%)和插入部咬痕压痕(占13.92%)。从消化内窥镜使用前的检查方案、使用时的注意事项和使用后的维护保养制定消化内窥镜使用前、使用时以及使用后的预防性维护方案。结论:消化内窥镜故障预防性维护方案,能够提升维修技术效率、降低消化内窥镜故障率,减少维修费用支出,为临床提供有效的技术保障。Objective:To study the preventive maintenance plans for common failures of digestive endoscope,and to provide reference for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of digestive endoscope.Methods:The structure and imaging principle of digestive endoscope was analyzed.The maintenance data of 159 fault repair of 104 digestive endoscopes in clinical use in the endoscopy center of the hospital were selected,the common fault treatment and preventive measures were discussed from 6 aspects:fault manifestation type,fault rate,fault maintenance position,maintenance grade,maintenance cost and maintenance fittings.Results:The main faults of digestive endoscope were as follows:poor angle,poor air and water supply,poor remote control,poor insertion of pipe accessories of lifting forceps,poor automatic light control and poor image,the top three types of failure were angle problem(accounting for 35.86%),water leakage problem(accounting for 33.33%)and insertion indentation(accounting for 13.92%).A preventive maintenance plan was developed before,during and after the use of digestive endoscopes from the check plan before use,precautions during use and maintenance after the use of digestive endoscopes.Conclusion:The preventive maintenance program of digestive endoscopy can reduce the failure rate of digestive endoscopy,reduce the maintenance cost,and improve the capability of clinical management of digestive endoscopy.
