一种压脉带收纳盒的研制与临床应用

摘　　要：研制一种新型压脉带收纳盒,分析其与传统不锈钢压脉带收纳盒的临床应用效果。选取消毒日期均为一致的两种压脉带收纳盒,每种各6盒,每盒压脉带基数为30条。通过医院健康管理科的静脉采血操作,每盒均取用15条压脉带,将传统不锈钢收纳盒剩余90条压脉带分为传统组,将新型压脉带收纳盒剩余90条压脉带分为新型组。两组压脉带在放置4 d和7 d时各取45条压脉带进行细菌学检测,新型组细菌数结果显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(W=1331.5,W=1251.0;P<0.05);将医院进行静脉采血的90名体检者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45人,对照组采用传统不锈钢收纳盒盛装压脉带进行静脉采血,观察组采用新型收纳盒盛装压脉带进行静脉采血,分别记录两组体检者采血所用时间,比较两组体检者5人、10人和30人的静脉采血所用时间,观察组静脉采血时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.41,t=3.78,t=6.18;P<0.05)。通过比较两种压脉带收纳盒的临床应用效果,新型压脉带收纳盒可有效减少压脉带污染,能提高临床工作效率,节约医患时间。To develop a new type of tourniquet storage box,and to analyze its clinical effect compared with traditional stainless tourniquet storage box.Two types of tourniquet storage boxes with the same disinfection date were selected,each with 6 boxes,and the base number of tourniquets in each box was 30.Through the venous blood sampling operation by the health management department of the hospital,15 tourniquets were taken from each box,and the remaining 90 tourniquets in the traditional stainless steel storage box were divided into the control group,and the remaining 90 tourniquets in the new type of tourniquet storage box were divided into the observation group.45 tourniquets picked from the two groups were taken for bacteriological detection at 4 days and 7 days after the tourniquets were placed,and the number of bacteria in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(W=1331.5,W=1251.0;P<0.05).A total of 90 physical examinees underwent venous blood collection in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 in each group.In the control group,the tourniquets stored in the traditional stainless steel storage box was used for venous blood sampling,the tourniquets stored in the new type of tourniquet storage box was used for venous blood collection in the observation group.The blood collection time of the two groups of physical examiners was recorded respectively,and the time taken by the venous blood collection of 5,10 and 30 physical examination examinees in the two groups was compared,the venous blood collection time of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.41,t=3.7,t=6.18;P<0.05).By comparing the clinical application effects of two types of tourniquet storage boxes,the new type of tourniquet storage box can effectively reduce the contamination of tourniquet,improve clinical work efficiency,and save time for doctors and patients.
