摘　　要：设计一种具备舒适性强、安全性高及操作简单等优点的新型输尿管支架管和拔除装置,评价其临床应用效果。新型输尿管支架管在临床使用中可减少患者置管期间的膀胱刺激症状,防止尿液反流造成泌尿系感染。使用拔除装置拔除支架管时,能减轻患者行膀胱镜拔管时的痛苦,缩短拔管时间,还可降低患者医疗费用,减少医护人员的工作量,有效改善临床中置管期间的困扰,有效解决了拔管耗时、费力等问题。A new type of ureteral stent and its extraction device with the advantages of strong comfort,high safety and simple operation were designed.The use of the new type of ureteral stent can reduce the symptoms of bladder irritation during catheterization and prevent urinary tract infection caused by urine reflux in clinical use.The use of the extraction device to extract the stent tube can reduce the pain of the patient during cystoscopic extubation,shorten the extubation time,reduce the medical cost of the patient,reduce the workload of medical staff,effectively improve the distress during intubation period in the clinic,and effectively solve the problems of time-consuming and laborious extubation.
