摘　　要：“眼巴巴”作为ABB式的状态形容词,主要有以下语义:表急切地盼望和急切地看着不如意的事情发生而无可奈何,还可以表示最高心理期待和因客观原因而束手无策。句法位置灵活,可出现在任意位置;可以充当状语、补语以及定语等句法成分,并且常与动词、连词、句末语气词等共现。“眼巴巴”在书面语语境中出现的频率要远高于口语语境,其可以灵活地运用于多种句类,但不能用在表肯定的祈使句中。As an ABB state adjective,"eager"mainly has the following semantics:it expresses the eager hope and eager to see the undesirable things happen and helpless,but also can express the highest psychological expectation and the objective reasons and helpless.The syntactic position is flexible and can appear in any position.They can be used as adverbials,complements,attributives and other syntactic components,and often co-occur with verbs,conjunctions,and end-sentence particles.The frequency of"vision"in written language context is much higher than that in spoken language context,and it can be used flexibly in a variety of sentences,but it cannot be used in positive imperative sentences.
