摘 要:为了改善高地温TBM铁路隧道的高温热害问题,依托某特长铁路隧道工程,通过大量资料调研并综合国内外已有高地温TBM隧道施工降温技术措施,同时结合该隧道高地温具体情况,提出了一套系统的TBM高地温隧道热害防治的综合降温技术方案。研究表明,综合国内外地下洞室施工温度控制标准,建议高地温TBM铁路隧道洞内施工温度控制在28℃以下;采用加强通风、洒水降温、冰块降温、人工制冷等降温技术并结合隧道支护体系防热措施可防治TBM隧道高岩热;采用红外探水超前预测、化学注浆、热水归管引排等“以防堵为主,引水排水相结合”的原则可防治TBM隧道高温热水。根据该隧道热害具体情况采用热害分级防控总原则,将隧道热害分为4个等级并采取针对性治理措施,减少热害防控对施工进度的影响,节约经济。研究成果可为高地温TBM铁路隧道及其他类似工程提供参考。In order to solve the problem of high temperature thermal damage of TBM railway tunnel,this paper,with reference to a super-long railway tunnel and in combination with specific high ground temperature situation of the tunnel,puts forward a systematic comprehensive cooling technic scheme for the prevention and control of thermal damage in TBM tunnel under high ground temperature based on a large number of data investigation and comprehensive cooling technology measures for the construction of TBM tunnel under high ground temperature at home and abroad and.The research shows that,based on the temperature control standards of underground caverns construction at home and abroad,it is suggested that the construction temperature of high geothermal TBM railway tunnel should be controlled below 28℃.High rock thermal in TBM tunnel can be prevented by using cooling technologies such as strengthening ventilation,water cooling,ice cooling,artificial cooling and so on and by combining with heat-preventing measures of tunnel support system.The high temperature hot water in TBM tunnel can be prevented following the strategy of“focusing on prevention and blocking,combining with water diversion and drainage”and with such measures as infrared water exploration advanced prediction,chemical grouting and hot water drainage.According to the specific thermal damage situation of the tunnel,the general principle of graded thermal damage prevention and control is adopted.The thermal damages of the tunnel are divided into four grades and specific measures are taken to reduce the impact of thermal damage by prevention and control on construction progress and to lower the cost.The research results can provide references for high geothermal TBM railway tunnel and other similar projects.
