摘　　要：在推进全体人民实现共同富裕背景下,促进残疾人实现较为充分、较高质量就业具有重要意义,开展残疾人就业质量统计监测评价,能够为政府部门制定和实施残疾人就业质量促进政策提供有力统计支撑。本文在界定残疾人就业质量概念和内涵的基础上,构建了我国残疾人就业质量评价指标体系,包括就业环境、经济安全、岗位适配、职业发展、社会融合5个维度、19个二级指标及26个三级指标。根据当前我国政府残疾统计数据与大数据应用实际,提出了开展就业质量统计监测评价实践的路径。本文明确了残疾人就业质量5方面的内涵,构建了残疾人就业质量评价指标体系,对开展统计监测评价实践工作具有一定的参考价值。In the context of promoting common prosperity for all people,it is of great significance to promote full and highquality employment for persons with disabilities(PwD).The statistical monitoring and measurement on the employment quality of PwD is able to provide statistical support for government departments to formulate and implement employment promotion policies.This paper tries to construct the measurement indicator system on the employment quality of PwD,based on the definition of the concept and connotation of the employment quality of PwD,which includes 26 indicators in 5 dimensions(i.e.employment environment,economic security,job adaptation,career development and social integration).In addition,this paper proposes a path to carrying out the statistical monitoring and measurement practice of employment quality,according to the current government disability statistics and big data application.This paper identifies the connotation of the employment quality of PwD and constructs a measurement indicator system,which provides a reference for the statistical monitoring and measurement practice.
