摘　　要：乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的致病性是宿主免疫与病毒作用的结果,慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的功能性治愈表现在HBV表面抗原(HBsAg)的出现,合成并分泌抗体是B淋巴细胞的重要作用之一。慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者中naive B细胞数量增加,活化增强,但HBV特异性抗体产生下降;经过刺激活化的B淋巴细胞可作为抗原提呈细胞并且可诱导HBV特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL);在CHB患者体内发现了一类产白介素-10(IL-10)的细胞称为Breg,这类B淋巴细胞可抑制CHB患者体内的炎症反应促进HBV感染持续。本文将对HBV感染中的B淋巴细胞作用进行综述。The pathogenicity of hepatitis B virus(HBV)is associated with host immunity and virus effect.The functional cure of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is manifested as the appearance of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg).The synthesis and secretion of antibodies is one of the important roles of B lymphocytes.In chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients,the number and activation of naive B lymphocytes are increased,while the production of HBV specific antibodies are decreased.Stimulated,activated B lymphocytes can act as antigen presenting cells and can induce HBV specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte(CTL).A class of interleukin-10(IL-10)producing cells called Breg was found in CHB patients,which can inhibit the inflammatory reaction in CHB patients and promote the persistence of HBV infection.This paper will review the roles of B lymphocytes in HBV infection.
