摘　　要：目的探讨区域医学检验中心危急值信息化闭环管理的实践与成效。方法以区域信息化平台建设为依托,通过整合医院信息系统(HIS)与实验室信息系统(LIS)、电子病历(EMR)、入侵检测系统(IDS)等多系统,优化升级危急值报告流程,实现危急值全程信息化闭环管理。结果危急值信息化闭环管理后多项举措并施,使危急值通报及时率和危急值处置及时率都得到大幅提高。结论危急值全程信息化闭环管理不仅确保了危急值报告的及时性、准确性和高效性,而且提升了检验实验室和医院医疗服务安全质量,为危重患者的抢救搭建起了时间通道,是必要而有效的。Objective To explore the practice and effect of informationized closed-loop management of critical value in regional medical laboratory centers.Methods Based on the construction of regional information platform,the critical value reporting process was optimized and upgraded by integrating multiple systems such as hostpital information system(HIS),laboratory information system(LIS),electronic medical record(EMR)and intrusion detection systems(IDS),so as to realize the whole-process information closed-loop management of critical value.Results After the closed-loop management of critical value information,the timely rate of critical value reporting and the timely rate of critical value disposal were greatly improved.Conclusion The critical value information closed-loop management not only ensures the timeliness,accuracy and efficiency of the critical value report,but also improves the safety quality of medical services in laboratory and hospital,and sets up a time channel for the rescue of critically ill patients.It is necessary and effective.
