水蛭通络散剂治疗缺血性中风急性期的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 本文旨在观察缺血性中风急性期水蛭通络散剂治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2018年10月21日-2020年10月22日本院收治的缺血性中风急性期患者92例为研究对象,根据数据表法将患者均分为两组(每组46例),予以常规西医治疗为对照组,予以常规西医治疗+水蛭通络散剂治疗为水蛭通络组,对两组患者不同治疗时间段生活能力(Barthel)指数、神经功能(NIHSS)评分、治疗有效率、安全性行观察。结果 Barthel指数、NIHSS评分:治疗前两组Barthel指数、NIHSS评分并无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,水蛭通络组Barthel指数、治疗有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),水蛭通络组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗有效率:治疗3个月后,水蛭通络组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。安全性:治疗后,水蛭通络组不良反应发生率高于对照组,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 缺血性中风急性期水蛭通络散剂治疗效果较为理想,可以明显改善患者的生活能力,改善患者的中风症状与神经功能,帮助患者尽早恢复健康,有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe clinical effect of leech unblocking collaterals powder in treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods The paper chose 92 cases acute ischemic stroke patients admitted to our hospital from October 21,2018 to October 22,2020 as research objects,and divided them into two groups according to data table method(46 cases in each group).Control group was treated with routine western medicine,powder group with routine western medicine+leech unblocking collaterals powder.Treatment effect and safety of Barthel index,neurological function(NIHSS)scores were observed.Results Barthel index and NIHSS scores:before treatment,Barthel index and NIHSS scores of powder group and control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05);After 3 months of treatment,Barthel index and effective rate of treatment in powder group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),NIHSS scores in powder group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Effective rate of treatment:after 3 months of treatment,effective rate of powder group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Safety:after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions in powder group was higher than control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Leech unblocking collaterals powder can achieve ideal curative effect on acute ischemic stroke,can improve living ability,stroke symptoms and neurological function of patients,and help them recover as soon as possible,which has high clinical application value.
