摘  要:目的 观察特定电磁波治疗仪配合手法在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2019年1月-2020年1月本中心收治的1080例神经根型颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分组,每组540例;对照组采取手法治疗,观察组实施特定电磁波治疗仪联合手法治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果 治疗总有效率、NDI评分、VAS评分方面,观察组治疗后较对照组优(P<0.05)。20分法量表评分、颈椎活动度和生活质量评分方面,两组治疗前未见明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组比对照组优,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 神经根型颈椎病临床治疗期间,结合特定电磁波治疗仪与手法治疗,除有助于患者颈椎功能、颈椎活动度等提升外,能够减轻疾病带来的疼痛,帮助患者更好地生活,值得采纳。Objective To observe application effect of special electromagnetic wave therapy instrument combined with manipulation in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods The paper chose 1080 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our center from January 2019 to January 2020,and divided them into groups randomly by random number table,with 540 cases in each group.Control group was treated with manipulation,and observation group with specific electromagnetic wave curative apparatus combined with manipulation.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate,NDI scores and VAS scores of observation group were better than control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in scores of 20 point scale,cervical activity and life quality before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,those of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,specific electromagnetic wave curative apparatus combined with manipulation can improve cervical function and cervical mobility of patients,reduce pain caused by disease and help them live better life,which is worthy of application.
