摘　　要：目的 探究孟鲁司特钠、头孢羟氨苄片和小剂量醋酸泼尼松片治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的效果。方法收集2019年1月-2021年3月来本院诊治的慢性鼻窦炎患儿70例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例。对照组以孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合头孢羟氨苄片治疗,观察组基于对照组联用小剂量醋酸泼尼松片,比对两组临床治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组鼻镜Lund-Kenndey评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿的IL-4、IL-6以及IL-17(pg/mL)指标明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿的CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+免疫指标明显更高(P<0.05)。结论 本科临床治疗慢性鼻窦炎采用孟鲁司特钠、头孢羟氨苄片和小剂量醋酸泼尼松片,疗效显著,且安全性高,能显著改善鼻黏膜功能,值得推广。Objective To explore curative effect of montelukast sodium,cefadroxil tablets and low-dose prednisone acetate tablets on chronic sinusitis in children.Methods The paper chose 70 children with chronic sinusitis in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly,observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with cefadroxil tablets,observation group with combined with low-dose prednisone acetate tablets based on control group.Clinical treatment effect was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Lund Kenndey scores and adverse reaction incidence of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,indexes of IL-4,IL-6 and IL-17(pg/mL)in observation group were significantly lower,(P<0.05).After treatment,immune indexes of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Monelukast sodium,cefadroxil tablets and low-dose prednisone acetate tablets can achieve effect and safety in clinical treatment of chronic sinusitis in our department,can improve function of nasal mucosa significantly,which is worthy of promotion.
