摘　　要：目的 探讨质量环(PDCA循环)模式在消毒供应中心护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法 本院消毒供应中心2018年2月-2019年2月有工作人员11位,同时收集同期重复使用器械512件。2018年2月-2018年7月未实施质量环(PDCA循环)模式护理管理,2018年8月-2019年2月实施质量环(PDCA循环)模式护理管理。对比实施质量环管理前后护理质量评分以及感染发生率、护理满意度情况及器械清消毒合格率。结果 实施质量环管理后各项护理质量评分较实施质量环管理前均有所提高;实施质量环管理后感染发生率较实施质量环管理前更低,且护理总满意率较实施质量环管理前更高,实施质量环管理后器械清洗消毒合格率实施质量环较管理前更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 质量环(PDCA循环)模式可有效降低消毒供应中心感染发生率,提高护理质量及器械清洗消毒合格率,值得推广。Objective To explore application effect of quality loop(PDCA cycle)model in nursing management of disinfection supply center.Methods There were 11 staff in disinfection supply center of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019,the paper collected 512 instruments reused in the same period.Quality environment(PDCA cycle)mode of nursing management was not implemented from February 2018 to July 2018,and implemented from August 2018 to February 2019.Nursing quality scores,infection rate,nursing satisfaction degree and qualification rate of instrument disinfection before and after management was compared.Results Nursing quality scores after management were higher than before management.Incidence of infection after management was lower than before,total nursing satisfaction degree was higher than before management.Qualification rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection after management was higher than before management,(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Quality loop(PDCA cycle)model can reduce incidence of infection in disinfection supply center effectively,improve nursing quality and qualified rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection,which is worthy of promotion.
