摘  要:医疗服务质量不仅影响病人的日常医疗活动,更影响外界对医院质量管理的评价,好的医疗服务质量能促进医院发展,能提高社会对公立医院的信任度。针对当下私立医院兴起现状,公立医院的医疗服务质量管理在竞争中就显得尤为重要。公立医院只有不断完善医疗质量管理体系,建立一个符合当下医院发展的质量管理模式,才能不断提高医疗服务质量,并在竞争中取得优势。Medical service quality affects daily medical activities of patients,and external evaluation of hospital quality management.Good medical service quality can promote development of hospitals and improve trust of society in public hospitals.In view of current situation of rise of private hospitals,medical service quality management of public hospitals is particularly important in competition.For public hospitals,only by continuously improving medical quality management system and establishing quality management model being consistent with current development of hospitals,can they improve medical service quality of public hospitals and gain advantages in competition continuously.
