精神科门诊不合理用药问题分析与管理对策

摘　　要：目的 探究精神科门诊用药问题中存在的不合理用药情况,并根据实际情况给出有效的管理策略,为临床用药合理性提供参考意见。方法 选取2020年6月-2021年6月在呼伦贝尔市精神卫生中心精神科门诊开药的1000例患者,对其用药情况展开回顾性分析,对不合理用药问题进行整理,并明确相关原因,给出管理对策。结果 在1000份处方药单中,有100份药物开具不合理,不合理用药发生率为10.00%,发生率较高。精神科门诊的不合理用药现象主要包括抗精神病药物联合使用过多、镇静催眠类药物使用过量和处方用量偏大等,占比分别为45.00%、31.00%和24.00%。结论 精神科门诊不合理用药情况的发生率较高,导致相关问题出现的原因较多,需要临床加强对此问题的重视程度,加强用药管理,保证用药规范,合理用药,从而保证患者用药安全,减少患者不良反应发生率。Objective To explore irrational use of drugs in psychiatric outpatients,and give effective management strategies according to actual situation,provide reference for rationality of clinical use of drugs.Methods The paper chose 1000 patients received drugs in outpatient of Psychiatry Department of Hulunbeier Mental Health Center from June 2020 to June 2021 for irrational drug use review and analysis,sorted out problems of irrational drug use,identified relevant reasons,and provided management countermeasures.Results Among 1000 prescriptions,100 prescriptions were irrational,with high irrational use rate of 10.00%.Irrational use of drugs in psychiatric outpatients mainly includes excessive use of antipsychotic drugs,excessive use of sedative and hypnotic drugs and excessive use of prescriptions,accounting for 45.00%,31.00%and 24.00%respectively.Conclusion Irrational drug use has high Incidence in psychiatric outpatients,there are many reasons for incidence of related problems.It is necessary to pay clinical attention to the problem,strengthen drug use management,ensure drug use standards,rational drug use and safety of drug use and reduce incidence of adverse reactions.
