综合康复治疗对小儿先天性肌性斜颈的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究综合康复治疗对小儿先天性肌性斜颈的临床影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将105例符合纳入标准的先天性肌性斜颈患儿随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组患儿(52例)采用传统推拿治疗,研究组患儿(53例)采用综合康复治疗。对两组的临床表现和临床症状积分进行评估。结果 治疗后,研究组患儿头部偏斜角度、颈部侧屈活动度和旋转活动度改善均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿临床症状积分比较,研究组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复治疗可以有效改善先天性肌性斜颈患儿颈部歪斜的症状、颈部活动的功能障碍,疗效确切。Objective To study clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on congenital muscular torticollis of children.Methods The paper chose 105 children with congenital muscular torticollis met inclusion criteria,and divided them into control group and study group randomly by random number table.Control group(52 cases)was treated with traditional massage,and study group(53 cases)with comprehensive rehabilitation.Clinical manifestations and clinical symptom scores between two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,improvement of head deflection angle,neck lateral flexion activity and rotation activity in study group was significantly greater than control group(P<0.05).Clinical symptom scores between two groups were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can improve symptoms of cervical deviation and dysfunction of cervical movement of children with congenital muscular torticollis effectively,with definite effect.
