中下段输尿管结石患者接受输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察分析中下段输尿管结石患者接受输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗的效果。方法 随机抽取本院2019年5月-2021年5月收诊的中下段输尿管结石患者128例作为研究对象,依照奇数偶数分组方式分为研究组(n=64)和参照组(n=64)。参照组患者使用输尿管硬镜联合气压弹道碎石术进行治疗,研究组患者使用输尿管硬镜联合钬激光碎石术进行治疗,比对分析不同组别患者的手术指标、生活质量评分、治疗有效率及并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均明显低于参照组,组间比对差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前生活质量评分对比差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,研究组患者生活质量评分明显高于参照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗有效率为98.44%,明显高于参照组的78.13%,经统计学对比差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率为4.68%,与参照组并发症发生率26.56%相比更低,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中下段输尿管结石患者接受输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗的效果确切且理想,值得在临床治疗中广泛推广和应用。Objective To observe and analyze curative effect of holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of middle and lower ureteral calculi.Methods The paper chose 128 patients with middle and lower ureteral calcuLi admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 as study subjects,and divided them into study group(n=64)and reference group(n=64)randomly according to odd-number and even-number grouping.Reference group was treated with rigid ureteroscope combined with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,and study group with rigid ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy.Operation index,life quality scores,treatment effectiveness rate and complication rate were compared and analyzed between different groups.Results Operation time,intraoperative bleeding and length of stay of study group was significantly lower than control group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in life quality scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,life quality scores of study group were significantly higher than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Effective rate of treatment in study group was 98.44%,significantly higher than 78.13%in control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was 4.68%,lower than control group(26.56%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy with rigid ureteroscope is effective and ideal in treatment of middle and lower ureteral calculi,which is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical treatment.
