摘　　要：目的 探讨冠心病与血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)﹑超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化的相关性。方法 选择本校附属医院心血管内科2020年12月-2021年12月收治的105例冠心病患者和35例健康体检人员作为研究对象。冠心病患者为研究组,健康体检人员为对照组。研究组又分为稳定型心绞痛组、不稳定型心绞痛组和心肌梗死组。抽取清晨空腹静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELLSA)法,检测各组血清VEGF和hs-CRP水平。结果 研究组血清VEGF和hs-CRP水平均高于对照组,两组结果比较显示,不稳定型心绞痛组患者VEGF和hs-CRP明显高于稳定型心绞痛组,心肌梗死组患者的VEGF和hs-CRP明显高于不稳定型心绞痛组、稳定型心绞痛组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者的VEGF和hs-CRP水平呈正相关。结论 血清VEGF和hs-CRP联合检测对于冠心病的诊断﹑病情的评估和疗效的判定都具有重要的临床意义,值得临床上广泛推广。Objective To investigate correlation between coronary heart disease and changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels.Methods The paper chose 105 patients with coronary heart disease and 35 health examiners in Cardiovascular Medicine Department of affiliated hospital of our university from December 2020 to December 2021 as study subjects,with coronary heart disease patients in study group,and health examination personnel in observation group.Study group was divided into stable angina pectoris group,unstable angina pectoris group and myocardial infarction group.Serum VEGF and hs-CRP levels in each group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELLSA)after fasting venous blood collection in the morning.Results Levels of serum VEGF and hs-CRP in study group were higher than control group.Comparison between results showed,levels of VEGF and hs-CRP of patients with unstable angina pectoris were significantly higher than those with stable angina pectoris,levels of VEGF and hs-CRP of patients with myocardial infarction were significantly higher than those with unstable angina pectoris and stable angina pectoris,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between VEGF and hs-CRP levels of patients.Conclusion Combined detection of serum VEGF and hs-CRP has important clinical significance for diagnosis of coronary heart disease,condition evaluation and curative effect determination,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
